Free energy wheel (Fewl) ®

One application of Tocnology3 in free or new energy (Newables®), consists of three main components as follows:

1-        Extendable blades.

2-         Wheels and weights.

3-        The track.

How does it work?

In order for the wheel to work (which in a state of balance), the track is shifted horizontally (to the right or left) and/or even vertically, and with it the lengths of the blades change. so that the wheel begins to rotate in a constant and steady motion that does not stop.
